Learn To Channel Your Energy!

This is a perfect example of how the mind works It's all about what you focus on in life what will in turn result in the manifestation of your reality. That's why I choose to focus my energy on the positive things in life. Even though it's sometimes hard to do so because the (social) media is entirely focused on all the negativity and devastation going on in this world. We have to remember though, that all of this is done intentionally.   I don't read the newspapers or follow any news on TV (like not at all). Any so called "world news" will reach the timeline on my social media channels regardless. And when it does, all I have to do is verify it and do my own research in case I'm interested/affected.  That's how I channel my own energy and remain as positive as possible.
